SpiderNet Online Store (spidernetonline.com) is operated by Spider Net Technology FZE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not currently ship outside the UAE through this website.
Delivery charge
A flat delivery charge of AED 30 (VAT included) applies to every order, regardless of order value. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are normally dispatched the same or next business day.
- Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on the emirate and area.
- Remote areas may take up to 5 business days.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email or SMS with the courier details and tracking information where available.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. A valid ID may be requested for high-value items.
- Inspect the package on delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will contact you to arrange a second attempt.
Wrong, missing or damaged items
If you receive a wrong item, an incomplete order, or an item damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
