Return & Refund Policy
SpiderNet Online Store (spidernetonline.com) is operated by Spider Net Technology FZE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains your options.
7-day returns
- You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unopened, with the manufacturer seal intact, in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and free gifts.
- Proof of purchase (order number or tax invoice) is required.
- Items returned opened, used, activated, registered, or with missing parts cannot be accepted as a change-of-mind return.
Items that cannot be returned
- Software, licence keys, digital downloads and opened software.
- Opened consumables such as ink, toner and print media.
- Opened personal-use items such as earphones and headsets, for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
- Items configured or ordered specially for you.
Defective, damaged or wrong items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective (dead on arrival) or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery (within 48 hours for transit damage) with your order number and photos or a short video.
- After verification we will replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the collection cost.
- If a returned item is tested and found not to be faulty, it will be sent back to you and the delivery cost will be charged.
Warranty after 7 days
All products are new, genuine and covered by the manufacturer warranty valid in the UAE. After the 7-day period, faults are handled under that warranty through the manufacturer's authorised service centre. Contact us and we will guide you through the claim.
How to return an item
- Email sales@spidernetonline.com or call / WhatsApp +971 50 459 6609 with your order number and the reason for return.
- We confirm eligibility and issue a return authorisation.
- We arrange courier collection from your address in the UAE. Please do not send items without authorisation.
Return delivery cost
- Change-of-mind returns: the collection charge of AED 30 is deducted from your refund. The original delivery charge is not refundable.
- Defective, damaged or wrong items: free of charge.
Refunds
- Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.
